Harry Gardiner
Harry Gardiner (* 1871, † after 1923) was an American building climbers , who under the name Human Fly ( Human Fly was known).
He began in 1905 with the building climbing and climbed over 700 buildings in Europe , Canada and the United States , where he used no equipment and was wearing normal everyday clothing.
Known actions
- October 7, 1916 in Detroit : Gardiner, clad completely in white, climbed the twelve-story Majestic Building .
- November 11, 1918 in Hamilton , Canada : To celebrate the end of World War I , Gardiner climbed the Bank of Hamilton and signed insurance papers through several windows.
- 1918 in Vancouver , Canada : Gardiner climbed the 17-story World Building, which is now called the Sun Tower .
