Hartmut Lubomierski

Hartmut Lubomierski (* 1943 in Friedland ( East Prussia )) is a German data protection expert.

Life

After graduating from high school in Berlin in 1961, Lubomierski studied law . In 1968 he passed the first state examination in law and then studied at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer in 1971/72 before taking the second state examination in 1973.

In 1973 he was appointed to the government council in Hamburg . A. appointed. From 1974 to 1977 he was the personal advisor to the First Mayor. In 1975 he was appointed government councilor; 1977 to the Upper Government Council. From 1977 to 1979 Lubomierski then worked as a consultant in the planning staff of the Senate Chancellery of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in the medium-term financial planning and early coordination department; from 1979 to 1986 as head of the Federal Council and Minister President's Conference department . In 1980 he was also appointed government director. 1986 Lubomierski became regional manager Hamburg of the German Association of Cities ; in addition, he was appointed Secretary of the Senate . In 1987 he was appointed Senior Government Director. Lubomierski was then Deputy Head of the Presidential Office of the Senate Chancellery from 1990 to 1995 and head of the Senate Office since 1995. Since 2002 he has been the data protection officer in the Senate Chancellery.

From September 2004 to December 2008, Lubomierski was the state data protection officer for Hamburg . His predecessor in this office was Hans-Hermann Schrader , his successor is Johannes Caspar .

Lubomierski is a member of the Hamburger Datenschutzgesellschaft e. V. (HDG).
