After it was founded in 1924, the production of compression and injection molds was started in 1930. The major economic breakthrough came with the development and manufacture of the standard construction kit system by Rolf Hasenclever in 1962 as well as the establishment of our own sales department six years later. From 1973 onwards the company expanded internationally with currently 35 branches worldwide. In 2007, the Austrian company Berndorf AG took over the majority in this company in South Westphalia.
