The Hatherton Glacier is a large glacier in southern East Antarctic Victoria Land . Starting from the polar plateau, it flows in an easterly direction along the southern flank of the Darwin Mountains and flows into the Darwin Glacier at Junction Spur .

Members of the Darwin Glacier Group mapped it during the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958). It is named after the New Zealand geophysicist Trevor Hatherton (1924–1992).
