The Darwin Mountains are a mountain range between the Darwin Glacier and the Hatherton Glacier in southern East Antarctic Victoria Land .
They were discovered by participants in the Discovery Expedition (1901-1904) led by the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott , who named them after Leonard Darwin (1850-1943), Honorary President of the Royal Geographical Society .
