Hatikva (party)

Hatikva ( Hebrew התקווה, German: The Hope ) was a secular - right-wing party in Israel , which was led by Arieh Eldad and in 2012 in the Otzma LeJisra'el .

history

The party was officially founded on December 9, 2007. In the Israeli parliamentary elections in 2009 , the party belonged to the National Union and, with Eldad, won fourth place on the list of the National Union . Arieh Eldad was, among others, also the initiator of the advance in the debate on the genocide of the Armenians in the Knesset : “In the past, you couldn't talk about this question because we had such good relations with Turkey. Don't do it now because relationships are so bad.
