Christina Noll

Christina Noll (born January 29, 1880 in Augsburg , † May 27, 1935 in Munich ) was a Hessian politician ( SPD Hesse ) and a former member of the state parliament of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar Republic .

family

Christina Noll was the daughter of the grocer's dealer Matthäus Simon and his wife Margarethe nee Götz. Her brother was Georg Simon (SPD) , a member of the Reichstag . Her first marriage to the Augsburg-based building contractor Bundschuh (first name unknown) began in 1910 . After his death in December 1917, she married the Gießen typesetter Heinrich Noll in 1918 , who died in 1919. Christina Noll was a Protestant denomination, but later left the church.

education and profession

Christina Noll attended elementary school and was a housewife from 1910 to 1919. From 1919 to 1933 she worked as an accountant for the " Oberhessische Volkszeitung " in Gießen and was also the managing director of the party bookstore. After the seizure of power by the National Socialists could not continue this work and lived in since November 1933 Munich .

politics

Christina Noll was a member of the SPD and chairwoman of the SPD women's group in Giessen. From 1927 to 1931 she was a member of the Hessian state parliament for the SPD. In both Reichstag elections in 1924 she ran unsuccessfully in constituency 33 (Hessen-Darmstadt).
