The Haugebreen is a 14 km long glacier in the Heimefrontfjella the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . It flows between the Kottas Mountains and the XU-Fjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1969. It is named after the Norwegian lawyer Jens Christian Hauge (1915-2006), resistance fighter against the German occupation of Norway in World War II , who in 1945 at the age of 30 became Norway's youngest defense minister.
