The house at Hauptstrasse 7 in Karlstadt , the district town of the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart ( Bavaria ), was built in 1934. The building at the confluence with Brunnengasse is a protected architectural monument .

The building was built for the former district savings bank Karlstadt (today: Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg ) according to plans by the district architect Hussinger. The three-storey hipped roof building consists of stone on the ground floor . The bay window , also made of stone, runs over two floors. It is adorned with a relief depicting the work of the craft (left) and the farmer (right). On the ground floor, the large arched windows reveal the former counter hall.
