House Höhne
The Höhne house is located in the Serkowitz district of Radebeul in Saxony , in Bergblick 2. It is named after the Radebeul master builder and architect Alwin Höhne , who built it in 1926 for himself.

The cottage-like, along with the terracing , the fence and a well house under monument protection standing villa stands in a spacious garden plot. The plastered building with windowsill cornice on the upper floor has a high hipped roof with hipped dormers.
In the eaves-side garden view to the south, there is a set-back garden entrance in a round-arched niche and a polygonal, two-storey corner bay on the right. The entrance porch is at the rear of the building, and both side views feature single-storey standing bay windows.
The fencing is done by walls with wooden fences, the gate pylons are made of sandstone with concrete vases on top.
With the list of monuments 2012, the “garden to the property” was identified as an additional monument position under the identifier “Bergblick 9002”.
