Building description

The two-story house with a flat gable roof stands in the tapering angle of two streets. While the side facing the Rue de la République is designed as a display facade , the other, free-standing front facing the much more insignificant, nowadays cul-de-sac on the first floor, was designed as a half-timbered construction. Numerous changes are visible. The original Gothic entrance and the two twin windows resting on a continuous cornice with artistic stone carvings have been preserved. The front half of the first floor has no windows on the alley side, the state of preservation of the framework, in particular the threshold beam of the overhang, is poor.
