The DTMD University for Digital Technologies in Medicine and Dentistry is an international network of highly qualified professors and lecturers from European universities and university clinics , accredited academic teaching practices, accredited university affiliated institutes as well as international university cooperations and a private university under Luxembourg law recognized by the state as the "Institut de Formation Continue" with headquarters and campus in Wiltz Castle in the Luxembourg city ​​of Wiltz .

Alignment and Certification

DTMD University offers dedicated postgraduate part-time study programs for digital technologies in healthcare at various locations in Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland and Turkey. The postgraduate further education measures of the DTMD are primarily aimed at licensed doctors and dentists as well as certified medical assistant professions and dental technicians.

The German certification (Deuzert) awarded the DTMD University the seal of approval in mid-October 2016 for proof of compliance with the requirements for learning services and learning service providers in training and further education in accordance with DIN ISO 29990: 2010.

Teaching

The new master’s course “Implantology and Periodontology” started in October 2018 in Warsaw and Mainz. Internships and hands-on training courses take place in selected academic teaching practices and teaching clinics at DTMD University and at German partner universities. University professors, chief physicians and clinic directors (see list) are employed as professors and lecturers.
