history
The Havelpark, which opened in 1995, consists of two floors, has a total area of 56,500 m² and houses 79 shops, including a Kaufland and a MediMax market, as well as various offices. There have been several conversions since it opened, with around 50 units being converted. There are 3400 parking spaces and a petrol station available to visitors. The exterior of the Havelpark has also been completely renovated and modernized since 2018.
