Hayley Tullett (* 1. July 1975 in Swansea as Hayley Parry ) is a British middle distance runner .
Sporting successes
She took part in the Olympic Games twice: in the 1500 meter run , she was eleventh in Sydney in 2000 and reached the semifinals in Athens in 2004 .
She celebrated her greatest success by winning the bronze medal at the World Athletics Championships in 2003 in Paris / Saint-Denis. She had to admit defeat only Tatjana Tomaschowa from Russia (3: 58.52 min) and the Turkish woman Süreyya Ayhan (3: 59.04 min) in a personal best time (3: 59.95 min) over 1500 m . In the same year Tullet was also national champion in the same discipline.
At the Commonwealth Games, starting for Wales , she won a silver medal over 1500 m in Manchester in 2002 in 4: 07.52 minutes behind Kelly Holmes and bronze in Melbourne in 2006 (4: 06.76 minutes).
