The Hazrat Sulton , also Khazret Sultan , is the highest mountain in Uzbekistan and in the Hissar Mountains with a height of 4643 m . It lies on the border between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the Surxondaryo province . The mountain was called the mountain of the 22nd Congress of the Communist Party in Soviet times .
