He Never Dies is a Japanese horror film from the year 1986 . It is the third part of the Guinea Pig series.

The third film is about a man's attempt to kill himself, which, despite severe mutilations, repeatedly fails. In contrast to the first two films, humorous approaches appear for the first time, especially at the end of the film, as they are also used in Guinea Pig V and VI.
