The Hedgpeth Heights are a mostly snow-covered mountain range in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . With a length of 22.5 km and peaks of up to 1,300  m in height, they are 3 km southwest of Quam Heights in the Anare Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of their own surveys and with the help of aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1970 after the American marine biologist Joel Walker Hedgpeth (1911-2006), who was responsible for the United States Antarctic Research Program from 1967 to 1968 at McMurdo Station and from 1968 to 1969 at Palmer Station .
