Hedy Knorr
Hedy Knorr (born August 13, 1904 in Berlin ; died November 10, 1994 in Munich ) was a German journalist and text author.
Life
Hedwig Knorr was born the daughter of a gynecologist. Knorr attended the Charlottenlyzeum and learned to play the violin. Little is known about their work. In 1928 she wrote texts for the German silent film Casanova in collaboration with Giuseppe Becce . Knorr worked as a text writer in other films in which Becce was responsible for the music, for example in 1930 The Son of the White Mountains , Fra Diavolo , 1931 Mountains in Flames , Between Night and Morning , Die Vier vom Bob 13 , 1932 in the raid in St Pauli with the song Heer der Hafenarbeiter , 1933 The runner of the Marathon , 1934 Peer Gynt , 1935 Miracle of Flying , 1936 You are my luck , 1937 Condottieri and The Emperor of California .
In 1937 Knorr wrote the play Hans and Fritz on Adventures. A funny game in eight pictures , the music came from Norbert Schultze .
Knorr lived in Berlin and, after the Second World War, in Munich.
