History and description

The villa was built in 1905 according to plans by the architect Heinrich Fey . Stylistically, the villa belongs to the neo-baroque . The three-storey , symmetrical, cube-like building is structured by three window axes, the two-winged entrance door in the baroque style and the balcony above.

The slate-covered mansard roof ends in the Belvedere ; on the top there is a stylized sun. The property includes the villa, a garden pavilion and the wrought iron enclosure .
