History and description

The country house was built in 1905 according to plans by the architect Heinrich Metzendorf . The builder was the painter Philipp Müller.

Stylistically, the house is part of the local architecture . The massive corner house consists of roughly hewn sandstone . The three-storey residential tower is dominant . The residential tower has a gently sloping, beaver-tail-covered helmet .

The property is accessed via the arched, brick garden portal from the construction period , which laterally merges into the white picket fence typical of the country house style .
