Heidemarie Cammerlander

Heidemarie Cammerlander (born September 26, 1942 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian politician ( Greens ). From 2005 to 2010 she was a member of the Vienna State Parliament and City Council .

School and professional career

After primary and secondary school, Heidemarie Cammerlander attended commercial school and completed her schooling with the AHS Matura . She subsequently worked in various social projects, was the managing director of the “Eltern Kind Laden”, project manager “Pradler Kaufladen” (social project with a central office for released prisoners) and worked for development cooperation in Guatemala . Before she was a member of parliament, Cammerlander was most recently employed in the office management of the Vienna Green Party.

Political career

Heidemarie Cammerlander was the chairwoman of the Green Educational Workshop in Vienna and held several internal party functions. She was a delegate to the Vienna District Conference, the Vienna State Conference and the Federal Congress. Cammerlander was also a district councilor in the Landstrasse and Leopoldstadt districts . From November 18, 2005 she represented the Vienna Greens in the Vienna State Parliament and City Council .
