Heike Schäfer

Heike Schäfer (born March 23, 1964 in Kirchen (Sieg) ) is a German pop singer . She has been making public appearances since 1980. From 1982 she studied singing for three years. In 1985 she achieved second place in the German preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Die Glocken von Rom, written by Ralph Siegel and Bernd Opinioner , and reached number 25 in the German single charts, in which the title lasted 14 weeks. There is also a wedding game called the Bells of Rome. For her performances she received the golden tuning fork , the antenna and the silver note .
