Heimhardtsbau
The Heimhardtsbau (postal address Milsper Straße 7 ) is a listed multi-family house in the Ennepetal district of Voerde . The building was erected in 1907/08.

The building is a five-storey corner house at the confluence of Lindenstrasse and Milsper Strasse . At the street corner, the building is rounded off, following the street layout. It has rich stucco decorations in the style of late historicism , a high mansard roof covered with tiles and slate , which is interrupted by a wide central gable with mighty stucco passageways , two symmetrically arranged bay windows and wooden lattice windows . The ground floor, which is partially provided with shop windows , is darkly plastered .
The Heimhardtsbau forms a closed house front with the neighboring, also listed residential building at Milsper Strasse 9 .
