Heino Thiele

Heino Thiele (born June 14, 1891 in Cologne , † May 25, 1964 in Meiningen ) was a German actor and director .

Life

As the son of a factory owner, Heino Thiele took acting lessons in Düsseldorf . In the 1920s he worked as a film actor. From 1933 he went to the Meininger Theater . Thiele mainly took on the roles of a bon vivant , but also worked as a director of the operetta . After the Second World War, he played again at the Meininger Theater from 1945, and later on other theaters. Heino Thiele had a daughter (Brigitte, 1936–2006) and a son (Klaus-Peter, 1940–2011) with his equally art-loving wife Elisabeth, who also pursued the career of an actor. Klaus-Peter Thiele became particularly famous as the title character in The Adventures of Werner Holt (1964/65).
