Heinrich August Kübel

Heinrich August Kübel (born February 5, 1799 in Heilbronn ; † November 9, 1855 in Kirchheim unter Teck ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Born as the son of a senior judiciary and town clerk, Kübel studied law in Tübingen after attending the Heilbronn grammar school . During his studies in 1817 he became a member of the old Tübingen fraternity Arminia . In the course of the persecution of demagogues , he was imprisoned in Hohenasperg fortress in 1824 and sentenced to six months of fortress arrest due to his membership in the Youth League. He later became a legal adviser in Kirchheim unter Teck. After he was first certified as being “unable to vote”, he was still able to join the state parliament from 1839 to 1849 for the Liberal Conservative Party . In 1841 he received citizenship in Kirchheim unter Teck and became a town school . In 1849 he resigned and worked as a lawyer .
