Heinrich Binder (Manager)

Heinrich Binder (born November 6, 1950 in Minden ) is a German lawyer and manager .

Life

After graduating from high school , Binder did military service and was trained as a reserve officer. From 1971 to 1975 he studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg . He passed both state exams and was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD. Binder began his professional career in 1979 as a legal advisor at Frankfurter Metallgesellschaft (MG). From 1980 to 1986 he worked abroad. In 1987 he became director of Metallbank GmbH. In 1992 he became a deputy member of the board of the Metallgesellschaft Industrie and chairman of the board of Kolbenschmidt . In 1997 he became CEO of Philipp Holzmann . In 2000 he became CEO of Petri AG .
