Heinrich Greiner
Heinrich "Heinz" Greiner (born August 12, 1895 in Amberg , † November 19, 1977 in Rottach-Egern ) was a German officer , most recently Lieutenant General in World War II .
Life
Greiner served as an officer in the First World War . After the war he switched to the Reichswehr and worked as a commander in various units. He also served in the Wehrmacht during World War II as commander of the 268th Infantry Division and the 362nd Infantry Division . At the end of the war he was in command of Military District VII .
