Heinrich Julius Friedrich von Schrader

Heinrich Julius Friedrich von Schrader (born January 19, 1764 in Braunschweig , † January 15, 1829 in Wolfenbüttel ) was a German lawyer.

Life

Heinrich Julius Friedrich von Schrader was the son of Christoph Friedrich Schrader (born March 23, 1712 in Braunschweig, † October 3, 1767 in Wolfenbüttel), monastery councilor in Wolfenbüttel. His mother was Catharina Henriette (* July 22, 1728 in Braunschweig, † December 8, 1805 in Wolfenbüttel), born. Lübecke, with whom his father was married for the second time. His brother was Carl Heinrich Urban von Schrader (1765-1833) and his uncle was Heinrich Bernhard Schrader von Schliestedt , who was raised to the imperial nobility and was Minister of State.

Heinrich Julius Friedrich von Schrader studied law at the University of Göttingen and finished his studies in 1787. On January 4, 1788 he was employed as an assessor at the law firm in Wolfenbüttel.

On October 13, 1790 he was appointed court counselor .

While Wolfenbüttel belonged to the Kingdom of Westphalia , he was a criminal judge in the Oker department . After the Kingdom of Westphalia was dissolved, he came to the provisionally established Appellationskommission in Wolfenbüttel, and, after its dissolution on January 2, 1817, was senior appeal council in the higher appeal court in Wolfenbüttel.

A few years before his death, he ended his employment for health reasons.

Heinrich Julius Friedrich von Schrader was married twice. From the marriage with Charlotte Sara Albertine Karoline Christiane Juliane Auguste (born June 11, 1776 - August 1, 1796), b. He had a daughter from Hugo, whom he married on August 15, 1794 in Stolzenau:

  • Henriette Charlotte von Schrader (born July 22, 1795 in Wolfenbüttel, † March 20, 1837 in Wolfenbüttel).

From his second marriage to Louise von Berger, which he married in 1800, he had two daughters.

Note: It was no longer possible to determine when he was raised to the nobility.
