Heinrich Karl Kurz

Heinrich Karl Kurz (born December 14, 1810 in Aschaffenburg , † February 28, 1887 there ) was a Bavarian lawyer and member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies and the German Customs Parliament .

Life

Heinrich Karl Kurz studied law in Würzburg , Heidelberg and Munich from 1836 to 1840 , and obtained his doctorate in law. and became a judge at the district court and commercial court in Aschaffenburg. Later he was a councilor at the Munich Higher Regional Court and the state debt repayment commissioner.

From 1868 to 1870 Kurz was a member of the customs parliament as a member of the Lower Franconian constituency 1 ( Aschaffenburg , Alzenau , Obernburg , Miltenberg ) and from 1869 to 1886 he was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies for the Aschaffenburg constituency. From 1875 he was also Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies. He represented the political direction of the Bavarian Patriot Party .
