Heinrich Schlingmann

Heinrich Schlingmann (born February 18, 1948 in Teterow ) is a former German politician ( DBD , CDU ). He was a member of the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

Life

Heinrich Schlingmann attended general secondary school and completed vocational training with a high school diploma from 1964 to 1967 . From 1967 to 1971 he studied at the University of Rostock and completed his studies with a degree in agricultural engineering. From 1974 to 1976 he did his basic military service with the NVA . In 1982 he became head of animal breeding. In 1990 he received his doctorate. He later headed the Roggenhagen agricultural cooperative .

Schlingmann is Catholic, married and has two children.

politics

In 1971 he joined the Democratic Peasant Party of Germany (DBD). With the merger of the parties, he became a member of the CDU in 1990. In the state elections in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 1990 it was 41.9% of the vote as a direct candidate in constituency 28 (Neubrandenburg, Land - Neubrandenburg II) in the Landtag of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern elected.
