The Gauliga Pommern 1944/45 was the twelfth and last season of the Gauliga Pommern of the German Football Association . Due to the war, all clubs that could still take part in the game were divided into six so-called sports district groups. Due to the course of the Second World War and the advance of the Red Army, the championship was canceled in August and September 1944, respectively. After the Second World War, most of Pomerania, which was part of the German Empire, was annexed by the Soviet Union and placed under Polish administration . All German associations and institutions were forcibly dissolved.
