Heinrich von Stiten (* in Lübeck ; † September 4, 1588 ibid) was councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Heinrich von Stiten was the son of the Lübeck citizen Hartwig von Stiten and belonged to the Lübeck council family von Stiten . In 1564 he was appointed to the Lübeck Council together with Franz von Stiten, who was only named and unrelated . He was the town’s treasurer several times. In 1580 he became a member of the patrician circle society in Lübeck. As a representative of the Lübeck Council, he presented the Lübeck Spiritual Ministry under Superintendent Andreas Pouchenius the elder on December 19, 1580 with the formula for signing.

Heinrich von Stiten was married to Katharina, a daughter of councilor Johann Lüneburg († 1531) . He lived in the house Plot St. Anne Street 2 in Lubeck (now built with the lodge house ) and was the owner of the goods Schönböken just outside the city.
