Heinz-Otto Müller-Erbach (born March 2, 1921 in Bremen , † June 14, 1984 in Erbach (Odenwald) ) was a German painter .

biography

Müller-Erbach studied after an apprenticeship as a painter at the Nordic Art Academy in Bremen . From 1940 to 1945 he was a soldier. Since 1946 he lived in Erbach / Odw. During this time he received numerous commissions in the field of art in architecture . Since 1953 he was a member of the New Darmstadt Secession . Study trips took him to France, Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey. In 1978 he became a member of the Rhein-Neckar Artists' Association .

Since 1952 he has shown his works in 48 solo exhibitions. Until his death he was also involved in exhibitions of the New Darmstadt Secession and the Rhein-Neckar Artists' Association. His works are in many public and private collections. The artist's studio in his home is still in its original condition.
