Heinz Wiefels
Heinz Wiefels (born April 12, 1910 ; † 1980 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .
After 1945 he was initially employed as a judge in the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia , including with effect from November 1, 1951 as district court director at the district court of Krefeld . With effect from July 15, 1954, Wiefels was appealed to the Federal Court of Justice . From 1957 until his retirement in 1968 he was a member of the State Security Senate there .
Since 1928 he was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Novesia Bonn .
