Hela Sander

Hela Sander , actually Helene Krüger (born March 24, 1879 in Heide (Holstein) on Lüttenheid , † September 1952 ) was a German writer .

Life

In 1913 she began writing poems , fairy tales and stories in Low and High German.

In Hanover she founded the literary association "Ferien vom Glück". During the First World War , she used her fortune to set up a people's kitchen.

In 1924 she wrote the book “Lüd ut de Heimot” .

Sander was married three times. First marriage to a scholar, second marriage to Dr. Kurt Sander and in third marriage with the painter and sculptor Will Weiß .

She died in September 1952.
