Helge Adolphsen
Helge Adolphsen (born October 10, 1940 in Schleswig ) is a Lutheran theologian and long-time senior pastor at St. Michaelis in Hamburg .
Live and act
Helge Adolphsen began his ecclesiastical career in 1968 when he took over a parish parish in Kiel-Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf . From 1979 to 1981 he was also the Deputy Provost in Kiel.
In 1981 Adolphsen switched to military chaplaincy and became Evangelical Defense District Dean I in Kiel for six years.
In 1987 he took over the post of senior pastor at the Hamburg Michel from Hans-Jürgen Quest and held this position for 18 years until his retirement in 2005. Alexander Röder was his successor .
