Helge Tanck
Helge Tanck (born March 26, 1904 in Königsberg i.Pr. , † March 17, 1960 in Düsseldorf ) was a German painter .
After graduating from high school, Tanck studied at the Königsberg Art Academy . He became a master student of Heinrich Wolff . After study trips, Tanck mainly painted East Prussian motifs. He illustrated Walter Scheffler's sonnets about Königsberg and created small sculptures . He sent several exhibitions. His estate , including 1,596 watercolors, is in the German Blade Museum in Solingen .
