Helgret Ruff

Helgret Ruff (born May 9, 1943 - November 2, 2017 ) was a German sports journalist .

Since the 1970s, Ruff has been used for TV coverage by Bavarian Broadcasting, in particular at German shooting championships and international shooting sports events. Among other things, she reported for the German Olympic Center (DOZ) on the hockey, swimming and archery competitions at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich . At the Olympic Games in 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000, she was responsible for reporting the shooting decisions there. In 2008 she retired.

Helgret Ruff died on November 2, 2017 at the age of 74 and was buried on November 10, 2017 in Munich's Ostfriedhof .
