The Hellandsfjord ( Norwegian Hellandsfjorden ) is a 3 km long fjord in Norway in the province ( Fylke ) Vestland .

The Hellandsfjord is located in the municipality of Fitjar on the island of Stord, southwest of the center of Fitjar. It begins in the southwest at the Hjelmosen Sound and then continues north. At the beginning of the fjord, called Hellandsstraumen, the Hellandsfjord is only about 50 meters wide. On the eastern side of the fjord is the lake Storavatnet which runs through the river Kjerelva into the Hellandsfjord. In 1890 the mouth of the river was enlarged so that it was more navigable for inland shipping and a mill nearby could be reached more easily.
