Helmut Duvernell

Helmut Duvernell (born June 14, 1907 in Duisburg-Ruhrort ; † February 23, 1995 ) was a German legal scholar .

Life

Duvernell came as the son of the merchant Wendelin Duvernell and Maria Duvernell, nee. Long, to the world. He studied law and from 1954 was professor for law and labor law at the Dortmund Social Academy , later also head of the academy.

He was also chairman of the codetermination commission of the social committees. Since 1928 he was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Ripuaria Freiburg im Breisgau .
