Helmut Schwinghammer
Helmut Schwinghammer (born January 21, 1940 in Munich ; † January 22, 2011 ) was a German lawyer.
Career
Schwinghammer submitted his doctoral thesis in May 1966 at the Law Faculty of the University of Munich. In 1969 he joined the Bavarian City Council as a speaker . In 1979 he became deputy managing director and ran the association from 1988 until his retirement in 2005.
