Helmut W. Hundstorfer

Helmut W. Hundstorfer (born October 20, 1947 in Linz ) is an Austrian glassmaker - master and glass artist.

Live and act

After completing an apprenticeship as a glassmaker in the Linzer Glashütte from 1962 to 1967 , he continued his education with Claus Josef Riedel (Tyrolean Glassworks) and was then a master glassmaker at several German companies from 1967 to 1979.

From 1980 until his retirement in 2007 he worked as a freelance artist in Kopfing and St. Florian am Inn with his own glass studio . The Swiss-born glass artist Rolf Brühlmann took over the workshop and studio .

He is a member of the Innviertler Künstlergilde , the professional association of Austrian visual artists , the Salzburg Art Association and the Glas Art Society, Seattle, USA.
