Hengdong
The district of Hengdong ( Chinese 衡东县 , Pinyin Héngdōng Xiàn ) is a district in the Chinese province of Hunan . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Hengyang (衡阳 市). Hengdong has an area of 1,926 km² and a population of 670,000 (2003). Its main town is the large community of Chengguan (城关 镇).
