Leiyang

Leiyang ( Chinese 耒阳 市 , Pinyin Lěiyáng Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Hunan , which belongs to the administrative area of the independent city of Hengyang . Leiyang has an area of 2,649 km² and has a population of 1.22 million.
The Cai Lun Memorial Temple ( 蔡侯 祠 , Cai hou ci ) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-676) since 2006 .
