Qidong (Hengyang)

Qidong County ( Chinese  祁东 县 , Pinyin Qídōng Xiàn ) is a county in the Chinese province of Hunan . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Hengyang (衡阳 市). Qidong has an area of ​​1,871 km² and has a population of 920,000 (2003). Its main town is Hongqiao (洪桥镇).
