Henning Klüver
Henning Klüver (born 1949 in Hamburg ) is a German cultural journalist.
Life
Henning Klüver studied literature and art history in Hamburg, Berlin and Hanover. He completed his training at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin . Since 1977 he has been mainly in Italy. Klüver worked from 1995 to 2013 as a cultural correspondent for the Süddeutsche Zeitung . Today he works as a freelancer for various daily newspapers and German broadcasters in Italy. He writes analyzes of politics and society in Italy. He has authored several travel books on Italian regions. Klüver is married to a Sardinian and lives in Milan .
Klüver named his blog after the Gdańsk geographer Philippus Cluverius .
