Henri Joseph Marcel Gilardoni (born January 28, 1876 in Paris , † May 21, 1937 in Pargny-sur-Saulx ) was a French sailor .

Henri Gilardoni took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris , where he competed in two competitions. In the joint race, he failed to cross the finish line, while he was Olympic champion in the boat class 3 to 10 tons . With his yacht Fémur he reached the finish just two minutes before the Mascotte of Henri Smulders and seven minutes before the Gitana of Maurice Gufflet and thus took first place. He did not take part in the second race.

His brother Henri de Castex was 1,912 and 1,920 participants in the Olympic shooting competitions.
