Henri Helman

Henri Helman (* 1949 ) is a French director.

After his films Le cœur froid (1977) and Grilles closes (1979), Helman became known with L'homme des rivages (1980), a drama starring Georges Wilson . In 1982 the drama Lise & Laura was created , in which Claude Jade played the double role of Lise, who was murdered by the Gestapo , and Laura , who met Lise's widower in 1983, Michel Auclair . Orson Welles played one of his last roles in Henri Helman's The Sky Machine in 1983, alongside Tony Curtis , Peter Lawford and Donald Pleasence . In the 1990s, Helman switched to television (including series such as Nestor Burma and TV films such as Rendez-moi ma fille with Valérie Kaprisky , Flics de choc: Le dernier baroud with Pierre Cosso , Le Coeur étincelant with Jean-Pierre Cassel , Une vie pour une autre (1997) with Franka Potente ).
