Henri Pourrat
Henri Pourrat (born May 7, 1887 in Ambert , Département Puy-de-Dôme , France , † July 16, 1957 there ) was a French writer.
In his novels he treated the mythically inflated nature. He was particularly well known for Le trésor des contes (13 volumes, 1948–1962), a collection of fables, legends and oral traditions from the Auvergne .
In 1941 he received the Prix Goncourt for his novel Le vent de mars .
