Henricus Engelbert Reyntjens
Henricus Engelbert Reyntjens (born June 4, 1817 in Amsterdam ; † May 1, 1900 there ) was a Dutch genre painter.
Reyntjens was a student of Jan Adam Kruseman (1804-1862).
After graduating, he worked as a freelance genre painter. He mostly painted salon scenes from the 18th century. He spent the period from 1844 to 1845 in Göttingen .
In 1855 he was elected a member of the Royal Academy van Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam.
